Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your order or there is something that does not fit you, you can of course return it within 14 days at no cost and without having to state any reason. This also applies to discounted goods. Please use the return label enclosed with your delivery when making a return.

1.

Setting off a return

If you have already paid for the goods by means of cash on delivery or on an account, the sum will immediately be credited to your account. For this reason, please enter your bank account details on the return label. This is enclosed with every shipment.

If you have not arranged for payment, you can simply deduct the amount from your invoice when making the bank transfer.

If you paid for the goods by credit card, we will credit the amount according to your credit card account accordingly.

Consignor for returns

Returned goods from France and Belgium are delivered back by GLS. The corresponding order documents are enclosed with the delivery.

Condition of returned goods

We will gladly take back your order if you are not satisfied, etc. without any difficulties. Please note, however, that the goods must be in the normal condition taking into account their use for inspection (as if they had been tried on in the store). Furthermore, the goods must have the original label.

All returns of goods that have obviously been used (make-up stains, lipstick stains, odour) and that therefore cannot be sold will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer, who will be billed accordingly.

Return to a Marc O'Polo branch

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a return, exchange or complaint about goods from the Marc O'Polo Online Shop in the local store. This is for technical reasons.
