Quality is the top priority at Marc O'Polo. Unfortunately, however, in rare cases, individual items may not meet our standards. If this is the case for one of your items, we would like to first of all apologize for the inconvenience.

Of course, you may make a complaint about such products within 2 years free of charge. This applies only to goods purchased from the Marc O'Polo Online Shop. Please send the goods you want to complain about - including a brief explanation and details of your bank account (bic, iban, account no., sort code) - to:

Settlement of a complaint

If your complaint is accepted by our customer service, you will of course have the full amount credited to your account. Please inform us of your bank details (bic, iban, account no, sort code).

Complaint Policy

We accept the following reasons for complaint: - Knitted error/weaving flaw - defective fasteners, such as zippers (if no visible external effects are present) - stitch defects - holes and seams that are coming undone (not older than 12 months) - Severe loss of color - discolouration from pressure, printed stripes, applications, etc. - The following are reasons for complaint we cannot accept: - Worn items - Discoloured goods (discoloured by other products) - Stains - This does not include parts that are affected by serial defects, about which we informed you when they arose.
